📦 Orders & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK. We’re working on expanding our reach, watch this space.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at info@orchidhomeware.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery is always free across the UK — no minimum spend required.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most items arrive within 3 working days. In some cases, it may take up to 5 days.

Q: Will my items arrive together?
A: Some products may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple parcels.

Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: Not at this time, but feel free to contact us to see if we can help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Do you offer discount codes?
We share exclusive offers with our email subscribers and social followers. Sign up to be the first to know.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Email us to start the process.

Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

My item arrived damaged, what now?
We’re so sorry. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Are your products eco-friendly?
Wherever possible, yes. Many of our items are made from recycled, reclaimed, or natural materials. We also partner with small-batch makers who share our values.

Will my product look exactly like the photo?
Due to the nature of handmade and natural materials, slight variations may occur. We think that’s part of the charm.
