Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t working as expected, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo or video if possible – we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care products) – these will be clearly marked on the product page.
