Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
(Please note: Some items may arrive sooner depending on the product and warehouse location.)
Tracking Your Order
Some products may include tracking details, which will be sent to your email once the order is dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.
If you don’t receive tracking details, your item is still on its way – some of our products ship directly from our suppliers to keep costs down and delivery efficient.
Multiple Items in One Order
Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it includes items from different suppliers.
Don’t worry – you’ll only pay once for shipping, and all items will reach you as quickly as possible.
